Milling template for worktop joints up to 650 mm

The FK650 is designed for routing kitchen countertops with any router. The sophisticated system of clearly marking individual work steps significantly simplifies and speeds up work with the template.

• For 90° and 45° connections including templates for panel connectors and corner roundings.
• With the additional stop pin for 600 mm wide worktops, the template can be used immediately without measuring.

Tools for working with the template

• router - We recommend a power of 1600 W or more. With a lightweight and underpowered router, you'll have trouble maintaining the accuracy and quality of the joint. Recommended routers here.
• Copy ring D 30 mm , should be part of every router, if you don't have it, we recommend our FRB170 adapter plate.
• Grooving cutter D 12 mm . The correct choice of tool is of utmost importance. Therefore, we recommend only precise, high-quality tools. A milling cutter with indexable inserts is optimal for achieving a precise and clean joint with low production costs. For less frequent use of the template, we recommend a grooving cutter with brazed carbide inserts.
• 2 panel connectors

• Keyhole cutter 4 mm or Lamellar milling machine
• Collets Length 120 mm or 150 mm
• adhesive and Silicone , for dark panels it is best to use colored silicone
