Description
Description
The FKP102 drill spindle with extended stroke is designed for drilling holes with the FKP900 and FKP656 universal in-line drilling systems. The FKP102 drill spindle has a stroke length that is 10 mm longer than the standard drill spindle, resulting in a total stroke of 45 mm and allowing the use of dowel drills over its total length of 70 mm.
The drilling spindle is suitable for through holes and blind holes for round dowels and confirmation screws when the use of extended dowel drills is required.
The unique drill spindle replaces the already very outdated system of hardened steel bushings and cheap steel drills, which really become blunt after just a few holes in the laminate.
The drill spindle also allows the use of carbide drill bits with various diameters from 5 mm to 12 mm, a shank diameter of 8 mm, and a ground clamping surface. The spindle guide in the double bearing guide ensures precise and smooth operation. Thanks to the 9 mm clamping shank, the drill spindle can be clamped into any drill or cordless drill.
