The universal sequential hole system allows you to precisely and productively drill and mark holes for dowels in furniture parts, into the surface, with a 32 mm Euro pitch, holes for shelf supports with a diameter of 3 and 5 mm or for handles, as well as holes for concealed hinges. The FKP900 includes templates for pre-drilling holes for the most commonly used concealed hinges. The FKP900 sequential hole system allows you to drill holes for Euro screws or wood screws for hinge washers in furniture parts, as well as pre-drill holes for hinges on doors, including marking the center of the concealed hinge. The FKP900 enables you to achieve high precision and productivity both in the workshop and on site. The system is designed for use with the FKP101 drill spindle, which can accommodate drill bits with various diameters from 3 mm to 12 mm.

The row drilling system has integrated templates for shelf supports and concealed hinges.

Working with the system is very fast. The drilling depth is set on the drill spindle, which is then clamped into your drill. The drilling template is placed on the board, supported against the stops, and secured with clamps or simply held with the other hand. Thanks to the dowel bit with guide tip and pre-cutters, holes are drilled easily, precisely, and without burrs on the hole edge. It's simply very easy and fast.

Holes for handles
Drilling holes for handles is quick and precise. Thanks to the wide selection of holes for stop pins and the 32 mm hole spacing for the drill guide in the main series, precise holes can be created in the workshop, on site, and even on the hinged door. After inserting a stop into the template and attaching it to the door, holes can be drilled at the required spacing, based on the European standard of 32 mm (the screw spacing is a multiple of 32 mm). To facilitate drilling the holes for the handles on the right and left furniture doors, the system is equipped with mirror-image holes for the stop pins. A 5 mm drill bit is used for drilling.

Holes for concealed hinges
Depending on the type of concealed hinge used, the appropriate hole pattern (screw spacing and offset from the cup center, e.g., 45/9mm) and the drill diameter for the Euro wood screws can be selected. After inserting the stop pin into the template and attaching the template to the workpiece, the center of the hinge cup is marked with a point. The hole for the concealed hinge is then drilled with a drill bit after removing the template from the workpiece. Thanks to the template, the resulting holes are precisely spaced, at the exact angle, and at the desired distance of 3-6 mm from the edge.

Holes for shelf supports
To drill the shelf supports, use the main hole row with a hole spacing of 32 mm. The stops allow the template to be precisely aligned and positioned at the desired distance from the edge. The holes for the shelf supports can be drilled with a diameter of 3 mm or 5 mm, depending on the type used. The ability to drill multiple holes in a row in one operation is a great advantage. The template is an ideal tool for on-the-go use and also for production.
