Orders for products in stock that reach us by 1:30 p.m. are usually dispatched on the same working day.
In our warehouse in Ostermiething, with over 8,000 storage spaces, we keep many items immediately available. Should something go missing, we'll be happy to source it for you directly from the manufacturer.
We package your order securely and robustly, and you always receive tracking information.

Description
Topweld NF is a high-quality, non-flammable welding protection spray that prevents welding spatter from adhering to the welding tip and workpiece surfaces.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Completely non-flammable
- Free of hazard pictograms - biodegradable
- Prevents the adhesion of welding spatter and/or welding dust
- No influence on electrical cables, welding wires/electrodes and workpieces
- Forms a heat-resistant, silicone-free micro-protective layer
- Excellent anti-corrosive properties
OTHER PRODUCT BENEFITS
- Topweld NF is not sticky after evaporation
- Completely non-flammable and thus enables safe work (metal workshop)
- Is completely free of hazard pictograms according to the new CLP legislation
- Prevents the adhesion of welding spatter and thus contributes to a better end result
- The anti-corrosion additives in Topweld NF provide effective corrosion protection during intermediate storage after welding
- Leaves no carbon or grease residue after welding
- Is silicone-free and therefore does not cause any problems when painting or galvanizing
- Can be applied easily and thinly to the workpiece
APPLICATION
APPLICATIONS
- To prevent the adhesion of welding spatter for all types of welding techniques, both on the workpieces to be processed and on the tools used for this purpose
- PROCESSING
NOTES
- Adjust welding tools as usual - carry out all necessary preparatory work on the welding points
- Spray Topweld NF lightly onto the weld and within a radius of approximately 30 cm
- Spray Topweld NF into the welding nozzle
- Make the welded joint according to regulations
- If necessary, spray Topweld NF again into the (cooled) welding nozzle
- If necessary, clean the surface after it has cooled down with Innotec Multisol (Art. No. 124)

Cutting tools, wearing parts and operating materials are excluded from the warranty, as their service life depends on the respective use, storage and/or intensity of use.
Warranty claims can only be asserted in the case of production errors or verifiable defects.
