Description
Ultrafill is a unique, lightweight, ready-to-use, water-based filler for filling and leveling holes, cracks, and joints in various porous building materials. Due to its unique composition and short structure, it does not shrink during processing/curing.

- Unique, lightweight, ready-to-use water-based filler for filling and leveling holes, cracks, and joints in various porous building materials
- Unique composition and very fine structure - which means Ultrafill does not shrink and provides a beautiful transition to the original substrate
- After about 2 to 3 hours, it is perfectly sandable
- Can be easily applied with a brush or a paintbrush for a textured surface, or smoothed with a spatula or with a damp sponge for perfect transitions
- After drying, perfectly compatible with almost all water-based and solvent-based paint and varnish systems
- Open processing time of approx. 20 minutes
- Stretchable up to 6% - can also be used for repairs that are subject to low deformation
- Very good adhesion to almost all substrates encountered in construction
- Handy and easy to store thanks to the small 1 liter bucket
APPLICATION
APPLICATIONS INDUSTRY
- A wide variety of repairs in the construction, painting, and residential building industries with excellent adhesion to surfaces such as concrete, brick, tiles, masonry, plasterboard, stucco, wood, etc. (not suitable for metal or plastic surfaces!)
- For filling holes, cracks, chipped corners, breakouts, pipe and cable penetrations, and much more...
PROCESSING
NOTES
- Stir product well before use
- If necessary, the viscosity can be adjusted by adding a few drops of water
- Apply Ultrafill directly from the packaging with a spatula
- If necessary, smooth out with a wet sponge
- If desired, structure with a brush or brush
- Depending on the layer thickness, can be painted over after 30 minutes with water-based paint and varnish systems, after 24 hours with solvent-based paint systems
- Note: Given the many types of paint and varnish, it is recommended to test the paint or varnish in question first
- Close bucket tightly after use
