Back Fill Foam is a high-quality stuffing cord / round cord made of closed polyethylene foam to prevent the tearing of sealants in joints and seams.

- High-quality darning cord / round cord made of polyethylene foam with closed cell structure
- Ideal for professional sealing of deep construction joints and joints where there is a risk of three-point adhesion
- Ensures that the sealant does not adhere to the bottom of the joint - thus preventing the occurrence of cracks in the sealant
- Available in 3 different diameters - 10 mm, 13 mm and 16 mm
- Can be easily cut to length if the diameter is too large
APPLICATION
APPLICATIONS INDUSTRY
- For all connection, expansion and separation joints to avoid three-point adhesion
- For filling joints that are too deep so that the depth of the sealing joint complies with technical regulations, such as wall expansion joints, swimming pool, steam bath and sauna sealing, in the entire sanitary area, floor expansion joints, conservatories, etc.
- For filling deep joints - this allows for better processing of the sealant
- Back Fill Foam is also part of the Innotec joint and sealing system
PROCESSING
NOTES
- The surface must be clean, dry and dust-free
- Pre-clean with Innotec Multisol (Art. No. 124) or Seal and Bond Remover (Art. No. 1270)
- Pre-treat the joint according to the grouting instructions / working instructions of the sealant (e.g. Innotec Easy Seal - Art. No. 1381)
- Cut the Back Fill Foam to the required length and apply it to the bottom of the joint using a narrow spatula
- Sealing cord should fit clamped into the joint
- Then seal the joint according to the grouting instructions / work instructions

Cutting tools, wearing parts and operating materials are excluded from the warranty, as their service life depends on the respective use, storage and/or intensity of use.
Warranty claims can only be asserted in the case of production errors or verifiable defects.
