What is Centrotec?
We get asked this question very often. Centrotec is a Festool-specific interface that comes with every Festool cordless drill/driver.
But you don't have to use them if you don't want to. The clever thing is that the tools are self-centering and, of course, much lighter than if you clamp the bits in the drill chuck.
