As you can see on numerous product pages, delivery times are sometimes very long.
In response to the frequently asked question whether this is true, we regret to inform you that it is.
To counteract this, we always try to order as much as possible / or available in advance and have it in stock for you.
We maintain our stated delivery times as conscientiously as possible. Due to the current situation, almost all suppliers are experiencing delivery difficulties across their entire product range. Unfortunately, even frequently communicated delivery dates cannot be met.
Of course, we make every effort to meet delivery deadlines and make everything as transparent as possible. You and we don't benefit from pleasant delivery times that ultimately can't be met. We will, of course, notify you of any deviations.
We thank all our customers for their support in the form of orders and promise that we will process all orders chronologically as soon as the products arrive.
If you're interested in a device or product with a long delivery time, we recommend pre-ordering. The longer you wait, the later it will be available. After consulting with our suppliers, we expect this issue to continue into 2021/2022.
