Due to the second lockdown, our business remains closed to customers.
As usual, we ship your online shop orders Monday through Friday. They will be carefully packaged and shipped to you using sanitized hands.
Experience has shown that this spring, due to the extremely high order volume, has left shipping companies with their hands full. Delivery delays may occur. We apologize for any inconveniences. We will immediately initiate an investigation into any outliers.
Unfortunately, the situation with our suppliers is also tense, and we are already ordering significantly larger quantities to ensure prompt delivery. If products are delayed, we will notify you immediately or diligently inform you of the delivery date on the product page.
