How-To:
- Locate and annoy the culprit
- Clamp the extractor so that the reamer side is out of the drill chuck
- Ream out the screw head in anti-clockwise rotation, speed 1000-2000 rpm, blow out metal chips
- Clamp the extractor so that the extractor side is out of the drill chuck
- Carefully unscrew the screw in anti-clockwise direction
- Rejoice
