We wanted to create something where our customers feel comfortable, with the aim of creating one of the best tool shops.

- Working with select customers, we've refined and adjusted the entire categorization. This was necessary due to the large number of new items that have been added to our range and are still to come. Now you can find absolutely everything with just a few clicks and can further refine your search using sophisticated filter functions.
- A completely new search function that's actually quite clever. It finds not only names, but also EAN and manufacturer numbers. If you're looking for a plunge saw, the most relevant results are immediately listed first. It also automatically shows you the results found when you enter your search term.
- Sophisticated filters for a variety of products with relevant product properties such as diameter, length, grain size, span, etc.
- The Toolblog will be our voice to you. Here we present news, information, announcements, events, and even funny stuff. This way we can be more independent of Facebook and other social media platforms whenever they have their next scandal.
- In our new service area we inform you what sets Mike's Toolshop apart and what we have to offer.
- Do you have a question about a product? You'll find the "FAQ" tab on every product page, where you can ask your specific question. We strive to answer them promptly, allowing us to build a database for all users. Help us!
- The new wish list helps you keep track of products you're interested in. If you open a free customer account, it will also show you when an out-of-stock product is back in stock.
- In your new customer account, you can save your preferred payment method and use it for future purchases. You can also save multiple delivery addresses if you want one order delivered to your home and another to your office.
- In your shopping cart, we offer you reward items that you can select for free, starting from a certain order value. These will then be included with your order.
