Unfortunately, the production costs for this packaging have increased, which also affects the shipping price.
It's important to us that we remain transparent and fair with our pricing. We want to emphasize that we don't seek to make a profit from shipping; we simply need to cover actual costs. We understand this is a change that may impact your spending, and we want to assure you that we will take every opportunity to lower prices once it's possible again.
Despite these necessary changes, we would like to offer an optimistic outlook. Our primary concern remains customer satisfaction, and we will continue to work hard to provide you with high-quality products and first-class service. We are confident that the pricing situation will improve in the future, and we will, of course, pass the savings on to you.
